Philippa Gregory and a new Non-Fiction Release for 2011

Books that make you go hum is an understatement with this book. What the heck a non-fiction book by Philippa Gregory? This is going to be interesting but it is a long way off until we get the official down low on the new release.

  1. I wonder how much of the writing Gregory is actually doing for this book. Sometimes you wonder with these collaborative efforts if the more famous author's name is on the book just to get the sales. I'd love to hear that she's a very active participant in the project.

  2. Rosanne that is exactly what I was hummmmmm-ing about. I am really not sure how this one will go over. There are so so many HF readers out there that do not like her because she says she is a historian and she is a little off sometimes on the facts. I think I am going to have to get this one just to see and try to find out exactly how much of it she did write. It would be nice if she played a large part in it but I think we will have to wait and see.

  4. Librarypat, that was my first thought too. I wonder if it will be like other non-fictions and have pictures and more stuff in it. It would be nice. This one is for sure on my watch list.
