Marie Antoinette Pop Art

Anyone up for some Marie? I guess I have been lately. This one came way out of the blue. I am sticking to my style and rolling with a funky comic style. So here it to you Marie for always being in my thoughts.

I created this one using watercolor crayons and color pencils too. I hope you all like it as much as me even if it is a bit funky.

  4. This one is a weird size I would guess 4x8, I ripped a big piece of paper in half. I think I really need to do a big one now.

You guys are my inspiration I swear it. It keeps the creativity going. Thank you, you guys are more of a help then you know.

    Any suggestions on who next?

  6. Oh Liz, you and I are like two peas in a pod. First of all, because I JUST watched Marie Antoinette (only the second time I've seen it) last night and am watching the ending now as I write this. Second of all, because today in my art class I felt inspired by your Mary Queen of Scots and took a stab at a historical figure myself...I'm working on a Lady Elizabeth (so far it's a sketch but who knows if it will be a painting or drawing), of Elizabeth I during the Bloody Mary days, and then another of her when she becomes Queen Elizabeth. I thought your Mary and my Elizabeths could battle it out for the throne of England! :) Awesome job with MA!

  9. The bubbles and the feather are my favorite part of this one.

Allie did you know amazon has MA movie for used for like 2$. I can not wait to see your Elizabeth!

Sometimes I myself can not belive I made it too! I figured bright colors belonged to the french court. So it had to be bright and bubbley.

    Thank you all!
