They have locations like Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Paddle Streamer Waverley, Walls of Chester, historic Old Town, Greyfriars Kirkyard, and my favorite The city of York. You can also follow the site on Twitter
There is also a blog called Edinburgh's Darkside which has some neat info on Edinburgh that I think all of you would enjoy especially since it has historical information.
oh wow .... oh cool thanks !!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is SO COOL!!!! My 9 year old daughter would love this too! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is the best gift I've received in a long while. Thanks so much, Lizzy! Beautiful York Minster reminds me of the book Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. The skill of the stone masons is extraordinary. I'd love to pack my bags, my dog, my husband, etc. and move to Britain. Meet me there?
ReplyDeleteI wish, I think if I ever make it there I might not leave! That is why I had to post this up I knew everyone would want to see how beautiful it is. I am glad you all enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteThe city walls at Chester really are amazing to walk around. Did it a few times when lived near there. If you ever get a chance...
ReplyDeleteDave,
ReplyDeleteIt is so nice to see you come back for a visit! My first supporter, in the blogspear. I was beginning to wonder if I was able to lure you back in.
