It is a hard business to get into because you have to have not just a boat but a big wench strong enough to hoist it out of the water. I swear I saw a new reality show that was all about a company in the NW that did that. I actually watched it once and saw them cut it and it was BEAUTIFUL. It had unique swirls and it is the knots I think that are really expensive because people want the wood for furniture. It makes beautiful coffee tables. These are trees and branches that have been submerged for many years. The wood is expensive and beautiful when worked. Mr. Plummer did a nice job crafting these pens.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
